Returns

We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at support@agclabs.com with your order number. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging with tamper-evident seals intact.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Quality Concerns

If you have concerns about product quality or purity, contact us with your order number and batch number. We take quality complaints seriously and will investigate promptly. If a quality issue is confirmed, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned for safety reasons. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
